Mr. Kulwant Johl, of Yuba City, has been a licensed California Agriculture Pest Control Advisor since 1978. He has been employed John Taylor Fertilizer Companies since 1975 as Agricultural Pest Control Advisor. Mr. Johl has been the owner and operator of Johl Orchards, an 800-acre Peaches, Prunes, Almonds and Pomegrantes Farm, since 1977. Mr Johl serves on the following Boards and Clubs:  President of the Yuba-Sutter Farm Bureau, member of the Kiwanis Club, Yuba Sutter Fair Board appointed by Governor of California, Board of California Canning Peach Association, Board of Yuba Sutter USDA, Board of Butte Yuba Sutter Water, and Board of Sikh Temple of Yuba City.
